Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help you out. You can return or exchange your order within 14 days after you received it. 

 

Return costs

The return costs equal the standard shipping fees. You can view these when you create a return label through our return portal.


Exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size if available. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable. If there’s an issue with your custom-made product, we will gladly help you solve it, but we cannot refund or remake your order for free.

  • Returned items may not be damaged, worn, or washed.

  • Tags must still be attached and items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • If you purchased with a discount code, only the amount you paid in cash will be refunded. The remaining discount value will be refunded as a new discount code.

 


How to return or exchange:

  1. Go to your account via the menu, or use the button below

  2. Click on the order you want to return.

  3. Click ‘request return’.

  4. Select a reason and click ‘request return’ again.

  5. Wait for confirmation. An employee will review your request.

  6. After approval, you will receive an email with a link to our return portal where you can purchase your return label. The costs equal the standard shipping fees.

  7. Ship your package.

Important to know

It may take up to 7 days after receiving and approving your return before your refund is processed.
